First week of Slimming World is going well, granted we're only 2 days in but it is making me excited about food. The picture is jambalaya (adapted from Creole Jambalaya Rice on SW website). The adaptations are rice instead of ham and added some cayenne pepper and paprika
Gemma...one thing I've learned about eating healthily is there's so much wonderful and tasty food to eat....and after a few weeks it feels amazing...good luck on your first week...let me know how it goes😄
