So i am half way through week 3 and so far lost 7lbs which i very happy with, Usually with diets in the past i am usually back to eating junk food at this time, I'm feeling really great at the moment and seeing the weight coming off is giving me alot of motivation to keep going! i have been exercising every day from Mon-Fri but missed out last night (Tuesday) as i was working from 9 till 8, It actually really annoyed me that i missed it! but sadly could be helped! But will make sure and get a double work out in tomorrow, Hope everyone is having a good day!
