Half way into week 3

So i am half way through week 3 and so far lost 7lbs which i very happy with, Usually with diets in the past i am usually back to eating junk food at this time, I'm feeling really great at the moment and seeing the weight coming off is giving me alot of motivation to keep going! i have been exercising every day from Mon-Fri but missed out last night (Tuesday) as i was working from 9 till 8, It actually really annoyed me that i missed it! but sadly could be helped! But will make sure and get a double work out in tomorrow, Hope everyone is having a good day!

  • Hi Stephex. I used to get annoyed if I missed a chance to have some wine, now I get annoyed if things get in the way of my running. Funny how our perspectives change! Congrats on your 7lb loss so far, that's ace. You're making great progress for 3 weeks in :)

  • I have stayed away from the wine, maybe 1 glass at the weekend, So glad i am enjoying exercise! that is a first for me lol and thank you!
