Weigh in this morning lost 2lb and feeling positive going into next week.Normally by this time l have given up. L really think the 12 week plan is motivational and support of forums . I'm glad l didn't join slimming world as l think l would have put myself under too much pressure to fail. And l don't like being in a group situation with I'm sure little cliques etc .that said what works for one person doesn't work for another We are all trying for the same goal whichever way we choose. Good luck everyone keep trying πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹ x

Hi Diane12, well done on losing 2lb this week. I agree that the 12 week plan is sustainable and it's much easier to stay motivated with the help of the support of forum members. Good luck for your next week.

Hi Diane12, glad to hear you chose the 12 wk plan over slimming world. It's not about points here it's about real people trying to lose weight the right way without the aid of colours to guide us through life. Mixing and matching isn't for me and saving points to have a little extra treat don't bear thinking about. I must point out that I only know this because my sister was on the SW plan. The 12 wk plan is just about changing your life for the better. Making small changes in your everyday habits and introducing exercise will make the biggest difference. We don't need a quick fix, we need to change habits of a life time FOR a life time and this is the way to do it.
