good on you, a fantastic start. 1-2lb a week will have you at your target before you know it. x

Well done - a great start :)

It may average around 1-2lb a week, with possible fluctuations along the way. Prepare for both good and bad weeks and keeping going regardless and congrats on an excellent start :)

I think Judy is following the same 12 week plan that most of us are. If you google NHS 12 week weight loss plan you'll find it there. Good luck :)

Hi Mag, yes I am following the NHS 12 week plan and so far it's been great. I have cut almost all added sugar out, although still need a little on certain cereals but have cut it drastically. They say it takes 12 weeks to break a habit so I'm hoping all my bad habits get replaced by good ones! 😃
