I almost did the thing where you wait to a Monday to 'start' but decided whats wrong with my weigh in day being Wednesday.
Today I weighed 14st 2lb. I'm only 5"5 so my ideal weight is around 7st 13lbs-10st 9lbs. My long term goal is to get down to 9st but my concentration is on losing 1 to 2lb a week.
Already started off the day good with a couch to 5k week 2 run
