Dear all, thank you very much for all of your support during the tough time. I lost 1.57 stone and it feels awesome, I tried everything to loose weight (I am not able to do exercise due to Limb disability ) Finally I found out the big secret of loosing weight, eating plenty of fruits and veggies !!! yes its very simple as that, I ate lots of fruits and veggies mainly Banana, apples, pear and vegetables. Fortunately I am still loosing .5 kg every week, my goal is BMI 22. I never did any exercise , No food cravings now. Even I can have very little food now , then soon i feel full. A very good change, feels good.
