Hi, this morning I went for my induction at my local gym, it went quite well as I can still remember some of the equipment, met Mike who is ex army who was a PTI so I rather think I'll get some really good advice and motivation.
I am going to start slowly and build up from there, I explained that I want to get fit so if I lose weight that will be a bonus, also I am going to set myself a small challenge and that is to lose 1lb a week for the next 4 weeks and to see a small improvement in my fitness levels over the same time period.
