I'm stuck !!! I'm doing this cto5k app and so far iv followed it to the t I have my fitness pal app and I'm averaging 1200 cals per day yet the weight never goes below 15.8 iv also stopped driving the kids to school and started walking them every day so that's more excersize but nothing has shifted iv measured and that's the same can anyone help ????
