I do occasionally when I'm feeling super lazy about exercising. It's good for keeping an eye on you weight and bmi as obviously it weighs you. But in terms of getting real exercise not so. The yoga and stretches are okay I guess to keep you toned but the only thing that is really any good cardio wise is the jogging. If you want a cheao workout your better looking on youtube for workouts with equiptment. There are a fair few good ones on there for all abilities.

I just use it for the weight and bmi check. Doing the balance and 2 x co-ordination activities when you weigh in is can be a bit of fun and it tells you your WiiFit 'age'. The wiifit plus has a nicer range of activities than the standard wii fit.

I use Yoga on the balance board for a good stretch and posture, Jillian Michaels does some fat burners.
