I have lost 1.4kg in two weeks, I couldn't weigh myself last week as hadn't got any batteries for the scales!
I have only just got back into exercising daily after the school holidays and I haven't started counting calories yet but am concentrating on portion sizes and only having one treat per day, preferably at the end of the day as a reward for being good.
Two weeks ago I was 67.5kg and now I am 66.1kg. I am feeling better for it and hopefully this will give me the motivation to keep going as I need to loose 10.5kg all up.
Thanks for sharing everyone, it is really motivating and reassuring reading everyone's posts.
