My idea of only having treats at the weekends has not worked this week according to my new scales. I have put on a pound. Time to rethink me thinks. I think it is going to be really hard to totally illiminate my sunday roast and my saturday and sunday bag of crisps. I love my dad golden crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle roast potatoes and can't do without them. I look forward to them all week lol. I aimed to go for a long walk this morning but that didn't happen. Maybe this afternoon I will. Can anyokme be strict with there diet the whole week? Can they honestly I wish I could buy know I can't. Anyway good luck to you all hope you have a great week xxx

  • I struggle to do it for the whole week. Perhaps change your weigh day to a Sunday morning, then you have all week to make up for it? Perhaps not the best advice but if you really don't want to give up your roast then it's more realistic to factor it in.

  • have the potatoes, then try walking it off? wigh on sunday morning is good advice...

  • Thankyou both I will try both x

  • like you i use to love my roast spuds.... but what i did was down size my plate. and were i would have 6/8 roast spuds i cut them out two at a time now if i want them i have two.....and it worked, but NO crips... and my treat on a wekend is kit-kat or twirl...good luck.:)

  • I'd rather have 6 or more spuds and nothing else than the whole roast lol
