Week 1 done and 2 pounds gone!

I have found it really hard this week as I've had a cold and all i've wanted to do is too treat myself with really tasty (bad for me) food. I haven't done enough exercise this week and went over 1400 cals on sat so i'm really pleased. I am really proud of myself though as it's usually any excuse to pack it all in and I haven't.

I have found that when I start to wane, I log on to this site and it really helps to read about other people going through the same thing.

I'm ready for week 2 and I WILL achieve the 150 mins exercise! Believe me though, that I will find the hardest thing of all.

    Having a cold is tough, and glad you've got over that now. You sound very positive about your goal for this week, and I'm sure you'll achieve your exercise goal with that attitude.

  • I hope so. I've done those extreme diets where I go hard at it for a couple of weeks and lose half a stone but they never last.

    Slow and steady wins the race and all that!
