Contact your local Department for Work and Pensions, they should be able to help. Love Lizzy x

It should be on any appointment letters. What is his reasoning for not giving it to you?

He won't give me a straight answer, he has always been really awkward. I've heard others say how impossible he can be if he's having bad day or in bad mood.

Glad to hear you are changing practice. It is hard enough coping with BE without also dealing with a*** arrogant clinicians.

Good luck to you and I hope you find your new practice approachable, proactive and supportive.

Are you able to get into surgery with some I.d? I work in a surgery and as long as someone can prove it's them we would help them. Could you ask to speak to practice Mngr. Good luck

I'm away to change practice. All the staff are very close-nit and stick by each other. I tried making a complaint once but they all practically ganged up on me into dropping my complaint. I've never came across professional adults that act in such a way in my life. Even the receptionists stick by them and all back each other up. Thank you! 😊

If you are registered with a GP and you have been prescribed any medication, your NHS number will be on the prescription. It will also be on any letters you receive from the NHS. Your GP practice will also give it to you if you write to them. Your NHS number has 10 digits.
