The care from my surgery in 13 was half what it was in 12 because the surgery staff have to go to Commissioning meeting

Hospital care is still as good as it was. GP care can be compensated for by accessing specialist web sites such as Bladder & Bowel Foundation and Diabetes UK. These are excellent and there exist no doubt other sites covering other conditions.
