Unfortunately most drugs have side effects, I'm in the same boat as you, I take pregabalin and also mirtrazapine at night to aid sleep, 13 years nearly with these symptoms and no real relief, PN is notoriously difficult to treat, nerve damage is rarely reversed it's trying to live with the symptoms, don't drink alcohol or smoke, hope you find something that's helps towards a better way of life

Hi , I have Sciatic nerve pain that goes down legs into my feet makes walking difficult, Pregabalin plus Tramadol has helped me relax and get some sleep and i manage to walk with my sticks or walker hope this helps.
