How do you deal with the side effect of feeling hot all the time and having hot flashes that are caused from your pain medicine or your antidepressant used for pain? I take Tramadol at the highest dosage for my severe nerve pain from CRPS because it's the only thing that works for me however I find that it makes me extremely hot along with the fact that my estrogen is really low but nothing seems to help with making me feel less hot. Does anything help you feel less hot from these hot flashes?

Only temporarily. I run cool water in the sink and let it run over my lower arms and wrists until I cool down.
I also avoid wearing clothes that don't rip off like I'm a quick change artist. I have a cosy robe that clings to my arms. The awful struggle to get the $%@! thing off left me collapsed on the floor.
I'm too warm. I'm too cold. I'm too warm... I feel like $%@! Goldilocks, but where the heck is the "just right"???
