Neuropathic Pain and AF

Hi. First time on but I would imagine this has been asked before so my apologies. I have suffered chronic pain for 6 years with a trapped ulnar nerve, the pain level is at times unbearable , numerous tests and nerve block but all to no avail as they can't find where it's trapped. I also have AF . The problem with AF is that medication for the pain is limited as Amitriptaline Gabapentin and Pregabalin are contraindicated in patients with AF. Co Codamol seems to be my only option which is inadequate. My question is can anyone that suffers from both conditions offer advice please . Many thanks. M
