Help Needed...

Hello All

I have been suffering greatly for over 2 years now. It started with usual left side numbness and weakness and rapidly deteriorated this year. Been tested for ALS, MS, Parkinson's etc. I do have diagnosis of Multi-Sensory Axonal Polyneuropathy and a slew of other issues such as spacticity, seizures, dysphagia, and on goes the list. At current I cannot leave the house if I do I need wheelchair due to muscle weakness and coordination issues. I can no longer eat as I can't swallow or digest food. I have had great difficulty breathing, heart palpitations, no longer sweat, have to use commode, blurred vision and constant migraines. I have gone through numerous neurologists who don't seem to care and have no medical professionals to help. They just keep writing prescriptions without as much as looking at me. I feel abandoned and without any plan on recovery. I want my life back and work as hard as I can with physio, massage and occupational therapists but not helping. Any suggestions on who I can contact?

Wish there was a magic answer for that question.So many people’s life’s have been ruined by this affliction and we all hold on to the hope that something will happen in the medical world and some sort of help will help us get our lives back.I can only say that you are not alone and to fight the best you can,which I know is easier said than done.Cheers and good luck

Wow! I’ve had the same issues. Left side weakness,pain, numbness, epilepsy... it happened suddenly after neck surgery and I quickly deteriorated. Late 2017 I started the keto diet, high CBD low THC and it greatly improved my symptoms. I still have some left side issues but since 2018 I’ve done three triathlons, cycling and running races with a couple fist places under my belt !

Also went through a couple neurologist, halfa dozen doctors/ practitioners... zero help mostly frustration and medications that were nasty...

Thanks so much for responding. I did the CBD and low THC thing and found it really helped as well. I can at least get out of bed now.

Unfortunately it’s the hard part the keto diet that has the most impact for me.
