Took a nasty fall last Thursday

I took a nasty fall last Thursday got a concussion hurt my rib cage have been experiencing nausea pain in the temples neck pain hurt my spine my back my lower back cross and my hip that I just got a Cortizone shot in a week ago yesterday. So I’m kind of a little bit laid up right now and I have a cold as well and so I just want to see it everybody else I hope you’re all doing well having a good painless day and I hope you’re all Enjoying the day. Have you been back to the doctors to get another check over? Hope you are feeling better soon but do try and rest as much as you can so your body can heal. Lots of love and hugs xxxxx

Hey Karjade! How are you doing I hope very well I’m going to have to go back to the doctors and get more x-rays done because something seriously wrong with my knee my left leg is it broken a little but I can’t have no surgeries and my hip is So painful, like I got a Cortizone shot on 1 February then I fell on the fourth and I feel like I ruined my chances of it working cause it feels like it didn’t even do anything the doctor said give it a couple more weeks for it to work but I’m not sure if it will I’m praying that it will because the whole idea was so I could walk a little better but now I have a bit of a set back and I’m trying to improvise my body around the pain as best as possible I mean in the two months prior that I had this last fall I fell countless times because of my legs giving out on me so basically it’s a matter of healing my body and I keep praying to the Lord to pray for everybody on here and I appreciate all your support I am regretfully so sorry that I haven’t been on here all the time but whenever I can come on here I am going to always put something positive and Inspirational so that I may put a smile on all your faces every time that’s my goal if I’ve accomplish that for at least one or two or however many people that I know that I’ve done what the Lord wants me to do and that is help others amen 🙏

Hi. Thank you for your lovely message. I am not good really as my feet feel worse always numb, tingling and burning 24/7. I have now got burning in my mouth and a horrible taste which I think is all to do with the neuropathy. I had an MRI scan recently and my surgery phoned and said the doctor wants to see me with regard to the result. Like you I have multiple conditions including glaucoma which also has got much worse which has really frightened me. I had to have laser treatment to try and get the pressure down but he has mentioned surgery next. Therefore I am going through the "why me" stage at the moment which I know I shouldn't as it only makes things worse so I am really trying to keep positive but it is hard. I admire you as you always seem so positive so I need to take a leaf out of your book! The only way now is "up". Take care and big hugs and love. Karen xxxx

Karen thank you for sharing and it’s ok to ask “why me?”We all do it, but just let those emotions out to stay positive. I hear laser surgery he works very well I will pray for you for the heart and for your results and I know you’re going through a hard time but just remember you’ve got all of us here to support you through the grace of God because that’s how I get through by the grace of God and staying around positive people like you. I try to stay positive but happy. Trust in the lord or your higher power and no toxic people and one baby step at a time. Plan your activities around what your body is capable of!
