Well I saw my doctor and I will be going for surgery in a few months on my stomach. My neuropathy is really bad and they just took me off the back of the pan and put me on Flexeril(a muscle relaxant that works immediately and I am hopeful and also scared for a major surgery coming in a few months and so I will stay as positive and active as I can to prepare for my upcoming journey. I hope all of you had a wonderful Canada 🇨🇦 Day and today is my Wedding Anniversary and The Lord blessed me with my wonderful, compassionate and caring and inspirational and compassionate best friend and my rock and my soulmate my blessed husband. We been together 8 years married for 3 wonderful years and I also met him when we were 18 and we were friends and then lost touch for a while and 8 years ago we rekindled our friendship and we started dating and we just fell in love and then on that Christmas 🎄 morning when you got down on one knee and proposed and I cried said yes and we had a beautiful gorgeous wedding with family and friends and we are just so blessed and we both know that God brought us together and we pray together every night and we fall in love more and more everyday. Hopefully all of you know how much you’re prayed for and thought of and you know that you are being cared about and you feel the compassion and love and support that’s out there for all of you amen 🙏

Thank you EJ you’re such a blessing and a wonderful friend and thanks for the beautiful graceful words of compassion and positivity and encouragement and by just being there for me.

I will keep you posted about surgery I see surgeon in November, but will be in surgery right after. I been working out on my recumbent bike as I am on Flexeril and it’s helping, but I do get groggy and have to fight it off or just take a nap. Thinking of going swimming as I need to be in water to excercise. What you can’t do on land, you can do in water!

My fellow warrior and friend. I love ❤️ your emoji collage. Yes Flexeril is helping good except in morning before I take my insulin my hands are burning and legs and cramping. The Flexeril is helping dramatically and I have been using my recumbent bike that I built up to 7 mins and my goal is to get to 15-20 minutes as I must keep exercising even thoughts exhausted, but I have to be ready for major stomach surgery and I am terrified, but I know the Lord , my mom, my Brother and my son and Jesus will protect and watch over me.

I am so thankful for your much needed support and friendship and positivity and compassion and love flowing through our bodies filled with the Holy Spirit as he graces our lives and loved us for who we are. For we’re all warriors fighting in our journeys today, tomorrow and in the future.

I having my surgery at an acute care hospital and my mom was in that hospital before she came home and died in my dads arms on Mother’s Day 10 years ago and now moms in peace free of her cancer and with the all mighty lord!

Yes it’s working for me as gabapentin didn’t work and so many others. Do you get more burning when the weather gets colder?

I burn all the time. When the weather is humid/hot/rainy/snowy I burn like I’m being dipped in hot oil.

Salt also increases this because of my IEM (inherited Erythromelalgia).

Are you just reacting to the cold?

Apologies for delayed reply I’m still battling my autoimmune disease attacking my thyroid.

Unfortunately I came home with horrible infection and My broken knee the kneecap has moved to left side of knee. Been resting but might end up back at hospital if I get any worse. Right now I can’t even walk my knees have so much fluid my left ankle foot swollen with fluid. I am making myself rest as if I put any weight on my legs I can’t walk it hurts so bad. When I’m sitting it doesn’t hurt 😢 I haven’t been on here a lot but I always stay in touch on here. I get everybody’s messages and I answer them. Here’s a picture of the mountains

I sent you one on Facebook messenger dear. Yes went to my pain doctor yesterday found out I did pop my knee out and now I’m stuck in a knee brace. The X-rays tech told me yesterday that my doctor would have the results in 24 hours. I am sick with infection but my R. N. Been coming 2x week and she’s coming today to treat the wound. I send you many prayers and hugs 🤗 and I just got a call no fractures just now that knee has popped out and will continue to do so after the first time and now I must wear my knee brace indefinitely and I a little upset, but I accept it as it is what it is , part of my journey. Hope you’re doing well and hope you’re having fun and lots of beautiful weather and yes I recommend the mountains to anyone as very therapeutic and breathtaking and wonderful fun.
