Never ending pain

Hi I'm new to this site and still learning but been so low recently, I suppose I needed to vent to someone other than family who I try to hide how I’m feeling from , in the past 9 years I have undergone 2 mvd’s , gamma knife , spinal surgery , a shunt fitting for IH , currently awaiting another surgery to put a false skull piece in and feeling this is seriously affecting my cognitive abilities, also having a fibromyalgia flare up , I feel like this is never ending , and really starting to understand the nickname behind the tn condition.
