I have 3 disc prolapses ,all the sacral joints deterioration , nerve compression & kyphosis spasms I suspect due to underlying spina bifida, neurogenic bladder & retention.I only found this our after severe bouts of spasticity relieved with antibiotic /uti medication .At 71yrs I also have heart failure & PAH urgency is a priority but not happening.

Over or 20 visits to GP & A&Es yet I paid for tests & Instead of referring to RNOH as suggested a PA blocked. However did get steroid injections which have lasted 2-3 years but getting renewed is like getting blood out of stone - even privately as need sedation .

As I feel only mask the problem & would PRP / autologous be a viable replacement.
