Oh really. I have mine next week. It will be 7 weeks then. I would maybe just do some gentle exercise but nothing strenuous until you have seen someone x
My midwife recommended gently starting to draw in tummy muscles whilst doing pelvic floor exercises from about 2 days after delivery, I started when I felt comfortable to. Maybe try this to start to get your strength back in your tummy and back?
