Yawning??

Ok so some context to this is that I do have health anixety and spent the majority of the last 2 year convinced i was dying of bowel cancer, then having a clear colonoscopy.

My son is 8 months old. He has a little bump in his hair line but behind his ear, he has had it since a few weeks old. I watched something on the tv a few weeks ago and a baby had the same which were swollen lymph nodes. So now i have convinced myself thats what my little one has and he has cancer (even though the gp on the programme was not worried about this little girls lymph nodes!)

So i am focusing on the fact my son for the last week seems to be yawning loads! I mean so far this morning having woke up at 7.30 he has yawned about 6 or 7 times.

Of course i am convincing myself its because he is tired so must have cancer. Just wondered if anyone has an thoughts on the yawning. He is teething but sleeping ok.

Sorry for the long post, just needed to get it out there as feel very alone.

I think you know logically that this is very unlikely and the best thing you can do is just take your baby to a doctor and find out what that lump is. Once you know then you can either forget about it, or deal with it accordingly. You can cope with whatever it is and there's no point worrying when you really have no idea what it is.
