Pregnant after a c section

Hi I was wondering if I can get some advice . Although I have been a member on here since May 2018, it is my first time actually writing a post.

Any how I gave birth to a baby boy via c section 8 weeks ago, I was told by the medical team not to get pregnant for a year. However I am not sure but I might be.

My question is anyone on here got pregnant within the year after c section and what was the outcome?

The reason drs say not to is due to the way the c section scar heals. I know of someone who had 2 babies 14 months apart, both by c section, and due to the adhesions caused by the scar tissue her bladder tore during the 2nd section. It’s just slightly riskier as it depends how you heal but worth finding out if you are pregnant before worrying about it! If you are then it’s worth seeing a specialist physio to work on scar mobilisation asap as they can help the collagen remodel correctly to reduce adhesions. Obviously this isn’t the only risk getting pregnant so soon but it’s the only one I know about!
