I’m 5 weeks pregnant. Been having problems, but thankfully my baby is fine! My morning sickness is so bad I can barely function!!! I am sick all day. So nauseated all day and night. This is my 3rd pregnancy but the hardest so far. I need help if anyone knows anything I can to alleviate this sick feeling. I wish morning sickness was only in the morning . In reality it last all day and night!! Help please!

Eat little and often - I found cheese toasties helped. Those sea sickness bands helped. Lots of sleep and restZ keep hydrated. Fruit was also good especially melon. Get signed off work for a couple of weeks if needed l. Hope you feel better soon xx

I'm now 36 weeks when in my first trimester mine was awful, I lost nearly 2 stone due to not being able to consume anything food wise, it was suggested I take ginger extract or add it to my foods, helped a little but was still sick every day just reduced how many times. I just had to grin and bear it. Hope this helps 😀

I’m the same. I’m feeling so sick all day and all night. It’s making me depressed. But I found before i get out of bed in the morning I let my husband make me breakfast then it kinda relieves some of the sickness. It’s good to have snacks

I had the same in my last pregnancy, eating a little all day helped, and I also would have a banana or cereal bar in my bed side table, and wake up at like 5am to eat them in bed and go back to sleep, that made the sickness once I actually woke up a bit better
