Mouth ulcer treatment

Hi ladies,

Hope you're all keeping well. Just a quick question - I've got a mouth ulcer which is giving me a bit of grief. I'm was just about to ask hubby to pick me up something to soothe it on his way home... Does anybody know if over-the-counter treatment (adult bonjela, anbesol etc) is safe during pregnancy? I'm sure it will say in the leaflet but would be handy to know before he's bought it and would save him traipsing to the chemist to ask the pharmacist.

I'm 33 weeks if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance x

I am sorry I don't know about the safety of the products you mention (the pharmacist would be able to tell you) but in the meantime you can try gargling with salt water.
