Do you have an Oura Ring?

If you have an Oura Ring are there any tags that you use in the app that you find helpful for giving you insight into your health or MS symptoms? I feel like it has potential but I haven’t really seen anyone using it in this way beyond sleep or activity tracking. TIA

It is not an amazon thing per se but you can get them on amazon. They do have have smaller sizes and they recommend you buy a sizing kit ($10) beforehand to find the correct size as the sizes apparently don’t match standard sizes. However they deduct the amount of the kit from your purchase when you buy the ring. The ring was recommended by one of my nurse practitioners and I ended up getting one in November because it was $100 off on Black Friday.

Sorry, I have no experience, but the idea of using it for health or MS insights is really interesting. I really hope that you get some answers!

I don't have the ring, but use a tracker and feel like it's reliable for exploring issues.

I've been using a Fitbit to track how I'm doing: sleep, walking, heart exercise and make sure I do enough.

It is only a guide. If I don't sleep enough, it's on me to make sure I slow down a bit.
