Some days are just so much harder than others. I try my best to follow routines , but it just seems to be I can not cath up let alone catch a break. I do not know if this is just my or is it ms playing its trickery best. What can I do, where can I go? Is this it I am so down.
NO I can never break the RULE, I am better than this. I will just go sit down in a quiet room. I will listen to a book then maybe some Beethoven. I will get through this and YOU CAN as well. Take it slow, trust yourself. Slowly, slowly.

That sounds like a great plan, Royce! My active aunt is currently dealing with chemo, and the hardest thing so far for her is learning to just accept the sluggishness and go with it.
Oh Royce! I think everybody feels this way sometimes.. it sometimes feels to me like I just have to work so much harder than the typical person my age. It can feel like you’re swimming upstream all the time.. once in a while something happens and a little tiny coast downhill will bless us -enjoy the wind on your face… Sending you a big hug. I completely get what you’re saying though..
Sounds great, it’s ok to relax on days when you’re not feeling your best. Often slow down days help me for the next day to come. Also my body say it’s just not your day on today and tomorrow we will try it again. My prayers are with you and blessings your way🙏🏾
Wow! Unusual to see a "down" message from you, our unofficial cheerleader. At the same time, it is understandable with a disease like MS. We all unfortunately have bad days and better days and sometimes struggle to get through the bad ones. Best wishes to you, hopefully it WILL get better!
RoyceNewton on this day, it too shall pass. sometimes the one thing that gets me by...even in being down you inspire us and we all hang together and got your back(legs spirit etc),,,,we have you in our hearts.
