hello all. i'm struggling with raynaud's, sometimes daily. oddly, sulphates trigger it with me, though i'm mostly reading about temp changes and things like quitting smoking (i don't). does anyone know if nsaids trigger it? if yes (my guess as i'm currently dealing with numb toes a few hours after taking one), what alternatives do you use for pain relief?

Just based on the name, Aspercreme may contain NSAID ingredients, unless it's the lidocaine formulation. I'm so glad that it gives you relief! 😊

I'm sorry you are in pain. As we speak, my ring finger is blue because I defrosted a frozen sauce packet in hot water (didn't think that through!) days ago. So far, my pain hasn't lasted very long, so I don't know what would help. I hope that if you talk to your doctor and tell them that the pain is really bad that they might be able to help you.
