I have a variety of medical issues. One I don't tend to bring up is I am 6 feet tall and the last time I was weighed was only 147 pounds. My GP told me not to lose any more weight (when I was 152 pounds) but I have trouble. Yes, I hear, "gee, I wish I had that problem" a lot, but it really is an issue. I was anorexic from early childhood well into my 20s. At least having no spare pounds helps with this!

Another reason to keep exercising. I feel for people with disability that prevents them from doing so. Catch 22.

Exercise is important for everyone, especially those with chronic illnesses such as MS. But a lack of exercise is not the cause of obesity. Obesity is complicated, but making poor food choices is the lead factor in almost all cases.
