Sear ms family. Serious question, ask yourself and answer honestly. No need to lie to yourself. If YOU answer negatively what can YOU do to change it. Everyday when YOU wake up ponder that question for a moment. "I still have ms, but how can I make this day a better day?".

I made today better by ignoring the laundry in the cellar and am instead making the household's favorite chicken and potatoes in the oven! I'm hungry and hope it's ready soon.
Royce, trying to find one thing whether it's a person place or thing that has made you happy, before or after MS... and think about it again, maybe share it with others. Or just do something that makes you happy!
Encouraging other daily on their illness often helped me to get through my days and just trying to live each day to the fullest with positive thoughts and ppl. It’s often hard when meeting new ppl trying to explain the diagnosis of Ms. Also doing things to make me happy daily🙏🏾
sounds great ...hope more do this for we do have it but don't let it stop you ....just find someone or something that makes you feel happy ...think good vibes...love and happiness to all...
well, if it weren’t for COVID, I’d be doing great! But so far I’ve kept it from my lungs! Last spring was rough with pneumonia and severe asthma attacks. So I’m glad I’ve stayed out of the hospital!!
Haven’t had Covid (that I know of) yet and vaccinate with every booster as soon as I’m due. Also get the influenza vaccine yearly, pneumonia shot and had shingles duo (so sick 2nd dose!). Now they want me to get RSV vaccine. So many. Too many?
I will do everything possible to avoid going to a hospital and greatly dread, yes dread, being hospitalized. I was respiratory therapist and safety director, when I was employable.
Would you mind telling me if you’ve have been vaccinated for any of them? Seems to be a lot of controversy whenever it’s brought up on this site.
I hope you recover quickly and stay as well as possible. Sending prayers, positive thoughts, good vibes and bubbles! 🙏🏼✌️🧘🏻♀️🫧
I get the flu shot every year. I’ve only had two COVID shots for personal reasons. I imagine I’ll get the shingles and pneumonia ones in the next few years.
Ha! Joke’s on me! Stayed out of the ER for asthma. But ended up with severe vertigo and nausea on Friday and still ended up in the ER! I’ve never felt so sick in my life! I had to go by ambulance since I got so sick if I tried to get off the floor. I couldn’t even crawl! I stayed for about five hours. Got fluids and lots of drugs.
Took a few days but thanks to some techniques my sister in law showed me, I finally got full relief partway through Thursday. Vertigo is awful!!!
Noooooo! So sorry that happened. I haven’t experienced vertigo yet and I hear it is incapacitating. Hope today is a better day for you…actually hope everyday is a better day for you.
I need to ask myself this every morning. I suffer from depression and we're getting into the season where SAD makes it worse. If I ask myself this every morning, it may help me slog through another season.
I’m having more trouble staying positive. When I start crying it is difficult to stop which freaks my family out. I tend to stay isolated in my room watching Law and Order, any unit.
It's worked and is getting me over this hump of depression. I asked for an increase for a while. I am getting closer to going back to my original amount.
Good morning Royce 😁 it's quite overcast and a little miserable in the UK today. I've not had a great sleep last night so I'm expecting to need lots of naps today 😅 my carer's grabbing me one of my antiepileptic meds today because hubby told me off last night for skipping some doses because I have none in, even though I've had to up my lamotrigine to 175mg twice daily and I feel safe enough, at this moment in time!
How's your day going? Hopefully not as eventful as mine 🤞🤣
