2months ago my husband sold the farm . Threw me and 5 dogs . And off to his new lady .. this has thrown me into a flair . I cried so hard it took a week for me to raise my eyes or lift my arms . Then cog fog . Both my legs have started spasms and turning in . Tingling then numb . Today I stood up but couldn’t move my legs . Arms are curling . My eyes hurt so bad so blurry miganges so bad I throw up . . It don’t take much to trigger more areas . Having a hard time swallowing.

I am so sorry to hear of the end of your marriage (well be sure to take legals steps if you need to make it official?) but he ran off with "his new woman." It reads like a tragic country song. My heart breaks for you. This emotional crisis has exacerbated your MS.
First, the most important thing for you to do is to contact your neurologist, whoever is treating your MS. You need to "calm the flare" maybe get some IV steroids to tap down the inflammation of the current flare. This emotional crisis has exacerbated your MS.
Second, being on Rebif is good, but starting in 2021? Rebif is a first-line medication, perhaps it's failing you, and you need to be on a stronger treatment. Kesimpta or Ocrevus, the B-cell depleters, are the gold-standard now for MS care.
Perhaps you need to switch your MS DMTs too. After your current crisis is addressed. Rebif is three times a week injection and Keisimpta is only once a month at home treatment.
Options can be a good thing. Adapt and roll with the punches, right? But you can't control what happens to you, but you can control how you react to it.
Yes; this is cruel to kick you off the farm and run away with another woman. Most people would react exactly as you have, but the MS impacts your body differently when you go through such an emotional trauma.
Third, can you get some therapy whether in person or over the phone or computer. You need to talk to a professional to help you guide you through all of the tragic circumstances of your husband throwing you and your furr babies off of the farm.
As if that wasn't tragic enough, MS just makes everything "extra special." Stress exacerbates it often. My three biggest flares were all during extremely stressful times in my life too.
MSAA has wonderful support to help guide you through all the MS hurdles; so you have the resources to confront those problems. But remember that it takes time to turn the Titanic around. With all the newer MS treatments, sometimes you have to switch many times to see what option works best for you.
Lastly, I am sending you positive energy and cyber hugs. Remember, you are not alone. You have your furr babies and your MSAA family. You have your doctors. You should be seeing a neurologist, and a PCP to treat this chronic degenerative MonSter.
I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. You are stronger than you know. Blessings. 😇🙏🤗🫶

I am so very that you are going through this 309Ygi ❤️🩹 Stress can send us into a relapse which is what it sounds like you are going through.
Contact your Neuro asap and get treated to help stop the relapse.
Contact a professional to talk to so that you can get help 'working through' the emotions you are going through. Having someone to talk to can be a great help in getting things turned around. An antidepressant or a dosage increase if you are already taking one can help as well.
Virtual hugs. We are always here to 'listen' as well. Keep us updated when you can.
I am sure that you don’t want to hear this, but I am going to tell you that my experience with an unwanted divorce turned out to be the best thing ever for me! I can only echo the advice regarding the proper medical treatment, medication, and counseling. And try to hold your head up high and fight for everything that you deserve. You are valued and important. This is not the end. It’s just a new beginning for you! Trust me, I have walked through this process.
so sorry ...loves ..prayers and blessings to help i hope ...loves...
so sorry you are going through all this. I agree with the comments about a divorce being a “good” thing in the long run. That happened for me. It can be hell going through it, but it’s often necessary, and then works out in the end. I thought my life was going to implode when my husband left, it took a lot of effort and initiative to move through the whole ordeal, but it needed to happen and my life is better because of it. The symptoms you’re having could very likely be a reaction to all of this stress. It’s also very likely they could resolve after the stress diminishes and you move forward with your life situation. You can do this!!
So sorry to hear this tale, but if he has the nerve to run away from you with another woman than you are probably better off without him. You are obviously going through a rough patch, but you will survive and move forward. Prayers for you.
Prayers.
sorry to hear about this. I pray that God be with you to guide you and comfort you.
Prayers for you
Most of what you listed deserves a call to your neuro, ASAP.
