G'day ms family, yes that does include YOU Newly Diagnosed (Newbies). I am stressed for no good reason. 25ish years of this ms adventure, YOU would think I have a handle of this thing by now. Alas, NO. any change in my circumstances sets into a very sensitive spot. Thank gods I have my two joint dogs. They help so much in calming down. If YOU can, get a dog. Calm yourself, a few good breathes, Some Mozart in the background. Slow down, take stock of your world. What are YOU really worried about? If YOU are not on fire, nothing really.

It is OKAY, pull yourself together, it will be OKAY.

ThNKS,

ROYCE

Sending all me love to you and your dogs 🫂❤️ I did have a dog, who I loved, and still love, very much! But we had to sell her. She would get separation anxiety if I was out getting my ocrevus infusion! We've agreed to maybe get a cat, because they're more independent 🤷‍♀️ but, here's a pic of me and my dog, Lacie.

Me with my blue hair, and Lacie, posing at the top of the stairs ❤️

We all have those moments. I think of myself as calm, patient, able to go with the flow...and then, for no big important reason, some little glitch will set me off, rage will rise in me and erupt...then just as quickly fade leaving me ashamed and apologetic. The other evening, I was preparing my supper after a long day. My dog Molly came up and nudged me, saying, what about me? Where's my dinner? and I erupted, yelling at her. When I saw the expression in her eyes, as quickly as it had come, the anger was gone. I stopped fixing my supper to take care of hers; I can't imagine living without another sentient creature capable of forgiving me. I don't know why I'm confessing this, probably because it's a sin that I need forgiveness for. Thank you for helping me understand that others have similar moments when the everyday stress rises for no particular reason.
