It's interesting but like you I don't fit in a box either & it makes me so mad when someone tries to. I don't need a chart to see how to handle my anger, I just need people to stand back & leave me alone.π
thank you for sharing. Paul Eckman is a very famous psychologist who has done research on emotions for decades. As we do in psychology, we try to describe and explain things like behavior and emotions - no person fits perfectly in any category.

I don't agree with how it categorises frustration as a minor sort of anger. Frustration can be every bit as strong as terror, fury or any other powerful feeling, I think it deserves a category of its own.
