Good to know, Jazzihorsecat I have a few questions ~ Is this something that you need to prepare to take, you need to first change your diet before taking? Also, do you take along with your other supplements? Keep Smiling! :-D

πŸ‘Carol Sweetiie, I take it w/ my healthy diet breakfast, 2 med. Boiled eggs w/ chopped avacados & all natural garlic powder, & yes we must change diet first, get off all processed foods & dairy/cow''s milk, steaks, hamburgers, butters, cheeeses, which clogs up the gut, whenever your gut is clogged, ourwhole bodies become outa wack, especially our immune systems & precious brains.

When we unclog it w/good probiotics & pre-biotics, I take Synbiotics & Balance One (on Amazon), very good gut helper/healer...along w/ the other suppliments/ Moringa,has all the vits & minerals needed & can be absorbed... Hemp seeds, Red Clover Tea....There are awesome, healthy recipes in Ann Boroch's books-"The Candida Cure", & "Healing Multiple Sclerosis".

& I wouldn't recommend combining any PerscriptionsπŸ’Š w/these, consult pharmacist or pcp 1st....

I have eliminated all gluten, and lactose in my diet since diagnosis. My 'ms' has been extremely quiet and slow in progression. My next task is to eliminate all sugar from my diet by it has been extremely difficult since I have a huge sweet tooth. I just bought the ebook "Healing Multiple Sclerosis" and I will be reading it soon! You are a sweetheart, Jazzihorsecat for responding with all this info, and

Sometimes it does!

I once put a piece of notebook paper in my brother's sandwich.

Based on the bite shaped mark taken out of the paper, I'd say it's not such a bad dietary additive!

i don't do that anymore as I am unable to outrun him.🀣

That all sounds good for alternatives to sugar. It is so difficult to give up sugar, but I have noticed that sugar, especially refined, is not good for me. I have been avoiding it but when I have any, I get very bad stomach aches. Another reason to no longer 'enjoy' it. I will look into the beet-sugar, monk-fruit and date-sugar. Another note, I have always been allergic to artificial sweeteners of any kind, so those, and any 'food' with them in it, are poison to me. :-D

Well, I've got the diet down I believe. Let us know how it works. Remember, as my first neurologist used to say, the only thing that works immediately is an antacid. Will research, candida notes are still on my never ending to do list!
