Interesting read. It's harder and harder to ignore diet as part of the MS path. But there are still so many unanswered questions. The bottom line, eat healthy, and exercise... this will always bend your long-term health outcome towards more positives...

I do have issues with guts and MS if I eat things that are wrong for me. Very painful 😓
Hmm, very interesting 🤔 I don't know if I could/should go gluten free, because GF products are quite expensive where I live. Even lactose-free products are expensive!
So true; diet is the only thing I've found for myself that is a guaranteed success.

I have had issues with gluten and have been gf since 2003, anaishunter . In the beginning, gf options were hard to find and expensive. Now, it has become mainstream.
