Yes, Kenu , get it while you can. I try to go to bed at the same-ish time. I also try to get up at the same time as well. It usually works. About the fries, my spouse purposefully purchases extra fries. I usually donβt want them but they magically disappear π« . Keeps both of us happy! π
That is what I do as well. Sometimes I end up staying up a little later than usual if I am watching something that is almost over lol But sometimes that cat will get me up at super early time to feed her and then I can't fall back asleep so end up laying there until its time to get up or I just can't lay there anymore.

Yes, get some sleep when you feel you need it. I think I've been blessed with my mum's routine: wake up and get up early, have a brew, and then in the afternoons have a nap on the settee before starting the tasks for later on in the day. For example, she could do a quick and easy afternoon meal for the family, enjoy some time with us all, before going to bed at 10ish to do it all again the next day. I used to be able to cook an evening meal for just myself and my husband, but my legs don't even have the energy to be stood up to even put stuff in the oven now! I can stand to make the morning brews and also bring them in to the living room all before hubby wakes up and gets out of bed, but I have to definitely sit and rest myself before starting a new task, and then have micro-naps during the day π

Sounds like my everyday schedule! Fall asleep on the couch, wake up(sometimes) still on the couch around 3or 4 am, so I just get up and start my day! If I wake up before midnight, I go finish the night in my bed. Sleep when your body wants to,,,,
