G'day (hello) Relapsing-remitting(RRms) family. Another great day to be alive. I would like to go for a drive today. Look at the higher desert wildflowers. Look at the huge grocery store and see things that I can not afford to buy, and things I really should not eat. Cholesterol kind of stuff. This old age really limits my very bad habits.
No, the gym it is, maybe learn some more about callisthenics. Try to squat without falling over, enjoy the blue sky and play with my joint dog. I think it might be a good day. I hope it is and I hope it is for you. Pot boiling, coffee time. Be well today and just think about what a great day it is, and tonight we have the stars, yes life is good.

Hope your day was good. We're in the middle of a storm & the power just went out, nope its back on but now it's hailing. Crud Flash flood warnings are going off. Better find my flippers & snorkle!😅
Your words provide a roadmap that many can follow. We may find joy as you do, at the beauties of the natural world, take care of ourselves by attempting to eat what is best for us (with occasional lapses, perhaps); we stay as active as possible in ways that help us, as you do with a gym trip...and somehow, like energizer bunnies, we keep going with a sense of humor about our failures and frailties.
Even on the worst weather days, I get out to make a circuit through my small woods plot, nascent orchard and gardens, to notice, to absorb, to be outside my self. Now, in early March, I see a branch tip blushing and know the sap is rising, or a bulb spear emerging from the cold wet soil...and my focus is on the future and not on my shambling walk or stumbling feet.
So good to see all the old acquaintances still kicking! Especially good to see the refreshing G'day's from you, Royce! Keep on keeping on, doing all you can, with all you've got!
