G'day my Relapsing- Remitting ms (RRms) family. A great day for YOU with very limited RRms events. Are YOU starting to adapt and come to terms with your illness? It is quite okay to say NO. It takes time, a lot of soul searching, and meditation if YOU please, but it will come one day just take your time. This is not a sprint where the fastest wins. It is a long marathon, imagine the Ethiopians in the Olympics. Your race is longer, much longer. We all make mistakes, none of us are experts. Nobody anywhere is an expert. Some know more than us in different ways but there is really only one expert on your RRms, YOU. Make use of others' technical knowledge but remember YOU are now or will become the expert on your RRms.
Take it easy first step. take the Latest Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT). It starts with an O, ask your doctor why YOU can not take it if he says no. It is your body and future after all.
