Recently I learned that drinking water helps with so many things:
Constipation, Energy, Skin and Kidneys. Probably more.
I have bottles lined up in my refrigerator and take water with me wherever I go.

it’s very true. I’ve been “upping my water” and I have noticed a difference in how I feel and how much easier I move!
That's great Xvettech! 😀
thank you and thank you for this post! I do hope everyone tries it cause it’s a great difference! Of course water is plain but they make a thing Curkil? (I’ve seen tv commercials) that adds flavor! I haven’t tried it. I’ll take my water plain. Lol. Since I’ve started drinking more then I have a regular drink and it’s gross!
A body can only last 3 days without water so that shows the importance of drinking water for everything we do. Water helps with everything you mentioned and so much more. It helps to lubricate your joints, it helps with weight loss, it helps with stomach, digestìon, bladder, UTIs, and the list goes on and on. Ideally you should drink about 64 oz of water A-day which is equivalent to eight, 8 oz glasses every day. It helps to flush toxins and general garbage out of our bodies that we ingest every day without knowing it. Fancy59.
I ❤️ water!
I always have a bottle in each car door and a few in the trunk just in case. I don’t really need cold water just wet 😝👍🏼
I just read an article yesterday that we really don’t need 64 ounces of water each day, that has always been an arbitrary number. Our bodies make water, coffee is a contributor to our water intake (I would not recommend much) and women need less than men according to the article. This is just one example of what is out there for us to read, of course! I’m not big on the idea of using plastic bottles, but that’s just me. I have some, but I reuse them for my drinking. I also use a big bottle that is from Yeti that is in my fridge always ready to go. Two, actually. It gets so hot now that I don’t want to get dehydrated.
The other day the urologist told me we only need a liter a day. Of course if you're outside sweating a lot or exercising drink more. I probably drink close to two liters a day. But that includes water and my coffee and anything else. He said some people drink 2 to 3 liters a day and no wonder they complain about having to go to the bathroom all the time.
I have ice water in a cup when I'm home and a refillable metal cup when I go out. I didn't used to drink so much but as I've aged, I seem to need it more.
This is a good habit to establish, lbenmaor Thank you for the reminder!
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, not drinking enough water negatively affects your sleep.
Drink up
Years ago we carried 2 of our grands to the Barksdale AF show. They set up a stem area for kids but LSU had a booth and had a ball like an eyeball. Showed the cornea, iris, and all the little blood vessels. They then explained & showed what happens to the eye if you don’t drink enough water. I don’t know if the kiddos remember but I won’t forget. It was very 👁️👀 eye opening.
It really helps me to. When I don't drink enough my face turns red and don't feel well
Yes water is Gods elixor so it fixes many things spring or filtered, I have a pur pitcher the filter cartridge is good for 40 gallons. The sat change it every 2 months but that is a waste. When they first came out they were good for 40 gallons, I find nothing that refutes that.
