cooling apparatus
I thought it looked like a great idea, but reading over the reviews I've had second thoughts. If you have a spare $23, it might be worth a try, but I don't think I'd waste my money. Use a wet rag instead.
I have one, not too bad but I am slack and do not use it enough, my fault nothing wrong with the product. I like me (I think) arctic cooler products better.

I prefer ice packs or sticking my head in the freezer.
lol
I can’t carry a fridge with me
What about a mini fridge with a long extension cord??😅😅
I have one, I use it during exercising and just sitting at home.
My daughter has this item and uses when she is going to be out for extended times in sun. She also has MS works great for her.
I have 2. Bought 1 last year. Then I’ve shared it with several more people. The last time I shared it they were on sale, so I bought another. They make different ones. Make sure you get the one that also blows air in the back (up on your neck/hairline) it really helps. Wish I received a commission on them.
I just bought two different models from Amazon. I used them both around the house for a few days and then decided which one I wanted to keep. I’ve tried using cooling scarves and they never stay cool for that long. I think this will have some usefulness. Especially, because my face always gets so hot when my body overheats.
It looks interesting.
It should come with winter blizzard sound effects to give one a psychological boost, along with actual cooling.ᵀᴹ 😂
I once saw choker style necklaces geared towards hot flashes.
They were large, plastic, colorful , rock-like shapes that one fills with water. Freeze them & suffer from a frozen jugular vein while looking fantastic!
Yabba dabba do!
Now I think I need one of these for when I visit my mother's house. She refuses to use fans or AC. Is this brand that Xvettech is considering a good one? Those of you who have them, what kind did you get?
good questions! I can’t wait to hear!
my daughter was talking about getting me one last summer… I really feel like it’s not such a bad idea!
did you get it? Is it helpful?
I did not.. she was so worried about me being outside in the heat for her college graduation. We made it through though. I use some of the cooling supplies that you put in the freezer.. beloved mother in law has her house SO HOT and airless.. I must remember to bring those things to her house.. to help make it through
Huh. Never heard of this. It might be good when I'm riding my recumbent trike!
These are a great!I got one last summer and used it and it helped quite a bit. You still need to be careful though and know your heat limits. When the heat humidity gets very high nothing will protect you like using your common sense and limiting the time you spend in it. Fancy59.
Have you considered the weather and humidity where you live? I mean, it may be good if you are going to the mailbox. But if you are going to use it at a 9-inning baseball game in the deep south - I am guessing it will be blowing hot air?? Idk.
I ordered a cooling tube recently from Amazon, and from what I can tell, the ice melts after 15-18 minutes, but it freezes again at 18C (64F). I know 32F is freezing, but I have tested it! Mine freezes in front of a car a/c. It will last long enough for a (funeral) committal service we are expecting this summer in Mississippi.

So many choices!! Makes me a bit crazy. Good luck!
You do know that some MS organizationsregularly offers to send free cooling aids to people with MS? I've used some of these items at times when I lived in a place with no air conditioning, and they were helpful.
