Was up early today as I needed to eat before 6 as I’m having lower lumbar spine injections today at 11:30 I’m about a month behind on having them because of open wound on foot 🦶. Have been one of the lucky ones that this helps 🙏. Home health changed bandage 🩹 yesterday and it’s getting there🤞🏼. Have a great day and stay positive 👍🏼😉🙏

Oh, yikes. I hate to see "spine" and "injections" in the same sentence, but I'm glad that this is working for you!

And I don't think too many kids today will have the joy of learning about electric fences. How many of you can include them as a rite of passage?

Ankle wounds take a long time to heal BUT after I broke my ankle, one of the incision sites stayed open for months though the others healed. I finally was referred to a wound treatment center where their first treatments had no effect. Finally, one of the nurses poked around in the opening and discovered an almost half inch piece of suture that had not been removed. She pulled it out; afterwards the wound finally closed (though because the plate and screws that hold me together is so close to the surface, it's not a pretty sight).
