well made it to doctors appointment yesterday and X-rays look good and toes are healing ❤️‍🩹 The bottom of my foot went south and I have a baseball size open wound 😱 so it’s back to heel walking and he ordered Home Health three times a week and pt. Looks like it will be the first of the year before I’m back driving, dang 😖 Oh well at least I have a warm house, Rozy, and some friends to help 🤞🏼that’s a blessing 🙏 It’s a balmy 11 degrees today 🤪😂. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend 🙏🙏🙏👍🏼😉

Sorry to hear about the open wound on the bottom of your foot. Follow Dr's orders, stay off of the wound, let it heal, and all will be well! Rozy needs you all healed up! If you look at the calendar, it's only a couple of weeks until the first of the year, and you DO have friends and family to help you get out some, so hopefully the cabin fever won't be too bad! Have a good weekend with Rozy and watch some football. I always hated driving in the snow.

I was thinking that, too. I don't know about the rest of you, but I couldn't look at the bottom of my foot if my life depended on it. Kenu's kinda does. I hope it heals quickly!

p.s. Did you tell your dr about the problem you have had with getting pt to your house when they say they are going to?

I did and his nurse put it in her notes when she sent over new request for extra bandage changes. The Home Health nurse that I started with is back to work and called and apologized for other worker actions and she will take care of me from now on. She was good till she had surgery 👍🏼🙏😉
