Learn to be comfortable with yourself,

I think perhaps one of the more challenging opportunities we face with our ms is to be comfortable with ourselves, our own company. You are in your head a lot. There are doubts there are concerns, there are fears. Perhaps I am following a theme. It does not matter how long YOU have ms. Learn to be comfortable with yourself. Do not have regrets, about what could have or should have been. Look at what is and accept it, perhaps change what YOU can, but do not fight it. I am very sorry to say that YOU like me will lose but YOU do not have to lose totally. Find new ways to do things. Explore possibilities. Do not just surrender and give up. YOU deserve better than that. As I have said, YOU have a glorious story to write and your children's hearts to touch. A long happy life to live despite RRms.

Live well, do what YOU need to do and be happy. This is your story, you are the writer, edit the sad bits and highlight the glorious magnificent wins that YOU have.

I so wish, it were still that simple. I might add that when you can no longer to seek professional help and DO NOT put it off. For it will catch up to you. Yes a coming voice of experience...
