Funny yesterday on my call with therapist I told her I hate that I am a procrastinator, she laughed and said so am I. She asked what do I do to remedy it, perfect example I keep my house picked up, do laundry make meals for me and hubby, but it’s never company ready clean. Last weekend I invited friends over hadn’t done that in years guess what I really cleaned my house. Needless to say the next day I was wiped but it’s done. What tricks or motivators do you use to combat this ugly curse called procrastination

😜I make lists & and good as my mood is when I get to check something off, it often doesn't carry over enough to the second one on the list.😅Or I wait 'til the last minute.

My hub says I overthink everything.
