I have been dealing with some problems lately. I didn’t know if I was having a relapse, but it really didn’t feel like it was MS related. I explained to my doctor that all my bones were aching and I felt a bit confused. Thankfully he really listened and ran some blood work. It turned out that my sodium levels are WAY down from normal levels. This has happened before. So I am getting an IV tomorrow of sodium, which will apparently improve my situation dramatically and quickly. I cannot wait to feel better. It has been a long couple of weeks. I find it interesting that I automatically go to ms if something hurts when in fact it can be something entirely different. I need to keep that in mind in the future. Love to all, Kelly

Not a relapse
Good news that you have a doctor who listens and problem solves. I'll hope that the Sodium infusion does the trick. And yes, with MS it does become difficult to understand the cause of a symptom or a glitch. I don't think you are alone in wondering, asking that question, is this my MS or something else? I hope you feel better very soon!
I am happy you figured it out. I also automatically blame MS for what is going on with me. I saw a cardiologist and he is running some test because of what I told him (to rule out cardiac problems). Let us know how the iv does for you. Prayers for you
I hope you're feeling better soon! 🙏 Sometimes I blame the full moon 🤪
Hope the sodium infusion goes well and you see some good improvement, let us know how you feel, blessings Jimeka 🤗
I hope tomorrow that you see a major improvement in how you feel. I agree sometimes we think it's the MS when it's something else.
wow never heard of this before ...hope you get to feeling better fast ....love and happiness...
glad your doc listened to you and hope you get well soon. Please keep sharing about it.
Have never heard of this. Glad your dr did the testing to find out. Good luck with the infusion, keep us updated on how it goes!
Yes hope your infusion helps. Any reason so low so it doesn't happen again.
Glad your dr found issue
