Has anyone tried that supplement card balance of nature that I keep seeing advertised on Fox News? It sounds like it would be really good

Balance of nature
I checked out the reviews on Amazon it doesn't sound good
I haven’t read that was good about it. Very expensive, too.
It's just a bunch of marketing hype. Mostly lies.
I was in a class the other day and the dietician said not to waste your money on balance of nature, anything that claims to enhance memory and/or cognition, or anything that claims miracle fix it all supplements. Most, if not all, are just very expensive, non scientifically proven claims, that don't really do anything more than any placebo would do.
You're better off eating fresh, real, food, consisting of fruits and veggies along with healthy protein sources. Limit sugar, alcohol, fried and processed foods, and bad fats.
Bummer 👎. Thanks for your replies!
Dietary supplements in the US are not regulated by the FDA. As Peruzzot says, we're better off eating fresh, real food.
I've been on it for 8 months now. I feel better, when your hurting from a bad day, you recover faster. Everywhere I read they keep saying eat 80% Fruits and Veggies. I like it
Really?? Oooo-very interesting! I have renewed interest-
