It is life, i don't even like to say the word depression but its there.I am grateful to all.Ebb flow.What goes up goes down visa versa.as long as it keeps moving and i don't collect dust...there is hope.exercise program for a full week and boom...not.Question:Binge shows:have the Crown finished, no rated R but suggestions?sooner or later it is you, the disease and your maker with many emotions.I am grateful things aren't worse.I am super thankful we have this forum with real truth.For all, if there is anything i can do to lift a burden let me know.Thank you for lifting mine.....! This pic was 14 years ago..my daughter so young and starting new.5 children, that is a career..College grad, crosstrainer and photographer.Thenew generation will find cures for what we go thru.She and her brother have worked for all since age 15.MS has been a part of this.....it does bless.

Beautiful bride and photo! This time of year does mix up all of our emotions and thoughts. I am so grateful for all of you on this forum. If we all ever get together, we're going to need to rent a stadium. It's the beginning of a new year, new hopes and dreams AND maybe the road to a Cure! Never give up!!

As far as binge watching? 😄 it all depends on what you like, and what you have!😀 There is Psych, which I find hilarious!😄 The Librarians, which is fun to watch. Then of course there's CSI.😀
