Today is a good day, I would have it no other way. I swallowed my first medicine dose, managed not to choke myself. Walked to the mailbox and vacuumed around the garbage bin. I really should aim better when I throw things in the bin. My life I think is good. I can cope with the uncertainties in my life. What it may or may not bring I have learned to adjust and cope with. Everybody has uncertainties, challenges. Why ever would I be different? I may go through more but this is something I can do, this is my life to live, and live it I will.
Now take out every reference to me, and make it about "YOU", for "YOU" are what is important. YES, "YOU" are important, "YOU" are valuable and "YOU" can live with this illness. YES, shake off the despair. Straighten yourself, head up, shoulders straight. I never said this was easy. I did say that "YOU" have the strength to do this. Stop the doubting, put a note on your wall. "I CAN, I CAN LIVE THIS MS LIFE"
